本日5月9日、夢の島の東京スポーツ文化会館（BunB）で、「TACC」のミーティングがありました。この「TACC」（Tokyo Ariake Car Club）、車種を越えてクラシックカー好きの仲間が集う、、、ということで、P1800のMさん、PV544のKさんのご紹介で、先回のミーティングから仲間入りさせていただいています。VOLVOからアルファ、ロータス7、ポルシェ356、往年のカマロ、フェアレディSP、スカG−R、さらには、SUBARUの作ったスクーター、“ラビット”（1966年式）まで、多種多様のクラシックカーが、20台以上も集まりました。そして、今日のミーティングには、AMAZONの新しい仲間が加わりました。「お父様の形見」を猛烈に綺麗にレストアされたKさんです。これでAMAZONは合計6台となりました。今日の夢の島駐車場には、その中のAMAZON4台が揃いました。楽しい車談義の帰りには、同方向に帰宅するAMAZON3台が首都高速を「つるんで」疾走?!、、、。行きかう車が、「何だ、何だ、、」と振り返っていました。快晴で夏日のミーティングでしたが、AMAZONグループの話題は、（というか、私のAMAZONが問題提起、、、なのですが）オーバーヒート対策。TACCクラブ員の方々から、貴重なアドバイスをいただきました。やはり、持つべきものは、「仲間」ですね、、、。
On May 9th, a meeting for Tokyo Ariake Car Club (TACC) was held at Yumenoshima. This club consists of classic car fans of all makes and models. Both Mr. M (P1800) and Mr. K (PV544) are members so I had joined the club from the previous meeting. 20 cars joined - Volvo Alfa, Lotus 7, Porsche 356, Camaro, FairladySP, SkylineG-R and a Subaru Scooter "Rabbit". A new member - Mr. K-came along this time with a Volvo which he had lovingly restored after father passed away. This made the total Volvo count 6 Volvos. At Yumenoshima, 4 Amazons had gathered and the 3 that were going back in the same direction all line up and drove down the Shuto express. Everyone turned around to look. The most important topic of the day - at least for me- was what to do with the overheating tendency of my Amazon. Everyone was eager to give me advice and made me glad that I had become part of this club.
